Post breakfast depart to Ooty is a hill station in the majestic Nilgiri Hills which is one of favorite destination among the couples. You will visit Botanical Garden and then enjoy boat ride in Ooty Lake. Afterwards visit Doddabetta Peak and then return to hotel for overnight stay.
Today, after breakfast drive towards to Conoor is a Hill station that is dense with tea plantation. On arrival at Coonoor enjoy Toy Train Ride which also carries the World Heritage Site status and also called Nilgiri Moutain Railways. It passes through many tunnels and over hundred of bridges. The train ride is particularly picturesque because of the surrounding rocky terrain, ravines and thickly forest hills. After getting a unique experience through train ride, in the evening take short walk in the local market and stay overnight in hotel.
After breakfast leave for Kodaikanal. The journey between Ooty to Kodaikanal is around six and half hours. On arrival at Kodaikanal check in to the hotel and take some rest. Afterwards you can explore the beauty of Kodaikanal. The place is famous for its simmering lakes, green lush valley and exotic waterfalls. Stay overnight in Kodaikanal hotel.
Post breakfast get ready to enjoy Coakers Walks is a platform laid on the mountain which provides great sceneries on a Sunny Day. You can see Vaigai Dam and many other places from this spot. Later visit Poombarai Village and then proceed to visit Mannavanur Lake. Afterwards return to hotel and stay overnight.
Start your day with morning breakfast and then depart to Munnar. Once the summer resort of erstwhile British Govt. in Kerala. The place is best known for its picturesque tea plantation covered hills. The misty roads, the cloudy skies and the amazing views accompany on your ride. On your arrival check in to the hotel, after freshen up day free at your leisure and stay overnight in hotel.
After delicious breakfast get ready for sightseeing tour of Munnar. The first stop is the Tea Museum where you will learn about the processing of the favorite brew of India. Later explore the beauty of Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point and Kundale Lake. After noon visit Eravikulam National Park famous for its Nilgiri Tahr and Neelakurinji flowers that bloom once in 12 years. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Note: Eravikulam N.P remains closed during Feb – Apr due to calving period of Nilgiri Ibex.
Post breakfast depart for your next destination i.e. Thekkady which is located at the river side of Periyar. On arrival at the nature blessed town, check in to the hotel after freshen up get ready for wildlife viewing to the sanctuary on Lake Periyar by boat cruise. Later in the evening you will be taken to guide tour of spice plantation wander amidst of green farms to experience the real taste and smell of these spices. Return to hotel and evening free for your leisure and overnight stay in the hotel.
Today after breakfast drive down to Kumarakom situated on the bank of the Vembanda Lake. An unbelievably beautiful paradise of mangrove forests, emerald green paddy fields and coconut groves interspersed with enchanting waterways and canals adorned with white lilies. On arrival, check in at the backwater side resort and rest of the time leisure at hotel, stay overnight at hotel.
Post breakfast, depart for your next destination i.e. Alleppey. The back water cruise at Alleppey could be the most unforgettable part of your honeymoon tour to Southern India.
